TICKET SALES DELIVERY TERMS
The tickets are delivered to the subscriber by e-mail to the address specified by the subscriber in connection with the sales event. The subscriber is responsible for printing the ticket or displaying it on a mobile device and for careful storage.
NO EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS
Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Certificates entitling to special discounts (student, pensioner discounts, etc.) must be included when coming to the show and presented to the doorman of the event upon request. Young people must show their ID to the event organizer if required, if there is an age limit for the event.
Children under the age of 18 are only allowed to shop in the online store with their parents’ permission, we cannot control this. If you are a parent or guardian of a minor, make an agreement on what the minor can buy. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel the ticket purchase. Our sales also include events that may have an age limit. This is always mentioned in the description of the event, so you should always check it before buying tickets.
If the show is cancelled, Glims & Gloms will contact the subscriber by email. If the cancellation occurs less than two days before the show, Glims & Gloms will contact you by phone. If the show is cancelled, Glims & Gloms will return the payment to the buyer.
